LDR Engines and Gearboxes

How We Do It

Step 1

End of Life vehicles arrive at our ATF site where they are transferred to our de-pollution bays for preparation of the engine and gearbox.

Step 2

Customer orders are processed and verified before the removal of engines.

Step 3

All of our used engines are checked for completeness and turned to confirm full working order. The vehicle mileage is verified.

Step 4

After the de-pollution process vehicles are moved to our dismantling bay. An adjustable tilting frame enables full access to the underside of the vehicle.

Step 5

The engine is carefully removed from the chassis and carefully inspected.

Step 6

Engines are prepared for shipment with identification labels and lifting straps attached.

Step 7

All engines are carefully loaded by our Export team.
